Even before the actual start of the event, it waspossible to take part in an exhibitor evening , which enabled a wide range of discussions with companies from the industrial services ecosystem. The following program offered a broad spectrum - from strategic classifications on the "industry of the future" to practical impulses for cooperation and partnership models to the presentation of the industry report Industrieservice 2025 as a content highlight. The rest of the event focused on sustainability/Net-Zero, quality in service and AI-based service concepts; the framework was provided by a lively networking evening. The focus also shifted to the shortage of skilled workers, knowledge transfer and digitalization - including qualification paths (dual studies), recruiting & retention, cloud transformation and predictive maintenance. The event concluded with a stimulating discussion on the future of industrial services.
With its updated vision "Industrial Service & Plant Engineering 2025", VAIS reaffirmed its strategic transformation from traditional maintenance provider to technical solution partner - with responsibility across the entire product and data life cycle and structures geared towards partnership-based collaboration. The LFO concludes the participation with numerous new contacts and impulses and thanks the organizers for the professional implementation.
