Do background variables such as the age of purchasers or the role of employees influence specific skills and performance in the respective areas of purchasing?
This exciting question is the focus of the current EXPERTISE project survey. If you work in purchasing and supply management, we invite you to participate in our research to improve training and further education for PSM in companies.
