The Technical University of Dortmund has a vacancy for a student assistant for science communication in logistics and in the context of Supply Chain 4.0 in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Chair of Enterprise Logistics.
with a weekly working time of 12 hours to be filled at the earliest possible date.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Creation of project announcements, news articles and short texts to disseminate current content
- Developing and implementing content ideas for the visibility of the project
- Conception, shooting and editing of short videos for web and social media
- Designing and publishing regular LinkedIn posts
- Supporting the internal and external communication strategy
What you bring with you:
- Interest in science communication and digital storytelling
- Initial experience in dealing with social media (especially LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Knowledge of video production (shooting/editing with e.g. Camtasia, Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere or similar)
- Good sense of language and enjoy writing texts
- Independent, creative and structured way of working
